Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a full time marketing coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking for excellent communicators who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a rapidly changing team environment. Collaborating with all staff and interacting with customers and end users is essential for this position.

This role will be responsible for numerous activities, including:

  • Assisting with the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Generating creative and search engine optimised content including images and stories.
  • Sharing posts to social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin.
  • Designing and creating emails for our customer lists.
  • Engaging with our community across our social media platforms.
  • Creating blogs independently, with guidance on topics and content.
  • Coordinating PR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated individuals
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Adaptable to rapidly evolving workplaces
  • Ability to speak French is an asset
  • Prior experience working in B2B marketing, public relations, and/or graphic design is an asset
  • 0-2 years of experience is preferred
  • Must be a citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status
