Jr. Business Analyst

Vitacore Industries is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our incredible Strategic Planning team. Lead by the Team Lead, the Strategic Planning team plays a crucial role in the company and is responsible for many items, such as analyzing market trends, submission of documentation for proposals and grants, and plays a role in forecasting business initiatives. The successful individual will have excellent communication, is comfortable working in a rapidly changing team environment, and enjoys reviewing business information. Collaborating with multiple departments is essential for this position.

‍· Support in drafting material for grant funding and RFx applications

· Create market opportunity reports, including competitor analysis and risk mitigation strategy

· Analyze business processes and provide support for recommendations for improvement

· Gather business requirements, map workflows, and maintain clear documentation

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points

· Collect, clean, and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making

· Develop visualizations such as reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
