Jr Graphic Designer

Vitacore Industries Inc. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the production of high-quality digital and print assets, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, brochures, presentations, and other brand collateral.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate with other designers and departments, follow direction and brand guidelines, and bring fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow.

This is an ongoing, part-time contract position with varying hours with the ability to work remote (PT timezone preferred, but North American timezones can still qualify).

Compensation is hourly, based on experience and skill level.

• Relevant diploma or degree in graphic and/or web design, multimedia marketing or communications

• 1-3 years experience

• Proficient in full Adobe CC Suite but Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is mandatory

• Figma is an asset (or willing to learn figma)

• Solid understanding of design principles across digital, print, and multimedia

• Knowledge of printing and prepress processes, including preparing files for print

• Strong attention to detail when performing quality assurance and proof-reading deliverables

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Designing and updating brand assets, packaging, brochures, and marketing materials

• Designing internal and external presentations and decks

• Creating digital content for web, social media, ads, and campaigns

• Photo editing and retouching

• Preparing and organizing files for both digital and print production

• Collaborating with multiple departments as well as the marketing & sales team
