about the Role

Vitacore is seeking a passionate Sales Representative focused on driving revenue and expanding our market presence. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new opportunities. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, leading the sales process end-to-end, and introducing clients to both our established and emerging solutions. We want someone who is not afraid to hunt for new leads, chase sales down all avenues, and who continues to push in all environments.

Compensation:

  • From $75,000 to $85,000 CAD per annum plus commission plus bonus (our commission is 3%, across the board, uncapped)

Job Requirements

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Must Bachelor's degree in business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 5+ years' experience in:
    o   Business development o   Sustainability programs o   healthcare or manufacturing environments
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience working with corporate stakeholders and cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
    Preferred Experience:
    • Proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development
    • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals
    • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging new clients
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter with a results-oriented and accountable mindset
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
    • Experience in healthcare, industrial, or sustainability sectors is an asset

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop net-new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline through outbound activity and relationship-building
  • Engage decision-makers across procurement, operations, and sustainability functions
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing
  • Present and sell Vitacore’s PPE and recycling solutions
  • Support commercialization of new programs, technologies, and engineered solutions
  • Establish long-term partnerships with healthcare systems, corporate clients, and industrial organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
