Warehouse Associate (Ontario)

Vitacore is searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Associate should have (7years) prior warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving. The role involves improving efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.

5 years of experience operating Class 1, 2, and 4 forklifts, as well as Class 3 equipment (pallet jacks), is required.

·      Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate;

·      7 years warehousing experience.

·      5 years of experience operating Class 1, 2, and 4 forklifts, as well as Class 3 equipment (pallet jacks).

·      Experienced in stacking pallets and building stable pyramid loads.

·      Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems;

·      Proficiency in MS Office programs and apps; Excel is a must!

·      Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;

·      Good organizational and time management skills;

·      Ability to lift heavy objects (50 to 70 lbs);

·      Associate Degree or higher

·       Perform manual lifting of 50–70 lbs for extended periods, including loading and unloading containers and building pallets.

·       Manually shrink-wrap hundreds of pallets per week while maintaining efficiency and consistency.

·       Experienced in stacking pallets and building stable pyramid loads without the use of racking.

·       Maintain a high level of organization and adhere to medical-grade cleanliness standards.

·       Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack,wrap, label, ship);

·       Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store);

·       Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

·       Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization;

·       Complete daily logs into inventory;

·       Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers;

·       Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment;

·       Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
